Strawberry Daiquiri

You’ll need

• 2 oz (59 ml) white rum
• 2 oz (59 ml) strawberry purée
• 1 oz (30 ml) lime juice
• ½ oz (15 ml) simple syrup
• Ice
• Strawberry, to garnish

Served in a Vikko hurricane glass.

How to make it

1. Grab a blender and a Vikko hurricane glass.
2. Pour 2 oz of white rum into the blender.
3. Pour 2 oz of strawberry purée into the blender.
4. Pour 1 oz of lime juice into the blender.
5. Pour ½ oz of simple syrup into the blender.
6. Add the blender with ice (about 9 cubes).
7. Blend until smooth and slushy, with no ice chunks left.
8. Pour into the Vikko hurricane glass.
9. Garnish with a strawberry.
