We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to make your order and keep the site running.
When you buy something
At checkout we collect your name, email and US shipping address. Your payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us. We share your name, email and address with Printful so they can print and ship your order, and for no other reason. Stripe's checkout page sets its own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud; Stripe's privacy policy covers those.
Visits to the site
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages get visited. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't collect anything that says who you are. We only see totals, like how many people looked at a page.
Drink requests
If you ask for a drink we don't have yet, the drink name and any note you add go onto our private to-do list (we use GitHub for it). Please don't put personal details in the note. To stop the form being spammed, your IP address is checked briefly against recent requests; it isn't saved.
Amazon links
The Bar Cart links to Amazon. We're an Amazon Associate, so we earn a little from qualifying purchases. Once you leave for Amazon, Amazon may set its own cookies. Their privacy notice covers that.
What stays in your browser
Your browser remembers a few settings: which style you picked, whether sound is on, whether you've seen a one-time notice, and your score in today's game. That lives in your browser's storage on your own device and never reaches us. We use no tracking cookies.
No selling
We never sell your personal information.
Questions, or want your information deleted?
Email hello@pourlydrawn.com. Tell us the email you ordered with and we'll sort it out. Some order records we have to keep for tax and bookkeeping, but we'll remove everything else we can.
If we change this page, the date at the top will change too.
