Pourly Drawn is run by Spoon Seller LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. By using the site or buying from it, you agree to these terms.
For adults
The drink recipes are for adults of legal drinking age. Please drink responsibly.
Buying
- Prices are in US dollars, plus sales tax where it applies.
- Orders are printed and shipped by Printful. Our shipping and returns page says how long that takes and what we do if something goes wrong.
- Payment is handled by Stripe.
- We can cancel an order and refund it in full before it ships, for example if a price or listing was wrong, an item can no longer be made, or an order looks fraudulent.
- Colours on your screen can differ a little from the printed item.
As is
The site, its recipes and its videos are provided as is, for information and fun. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond what our shipping and returns page promises for your order.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, Spoon Seller LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
