Everything here is printed to order, so nothing sits on a shelf waiting for you. Printful prints it and ships it straight to your door.

Orders usually ship in 2–7 business days.
Then they usually arrive about 3–8 business days later.
Those are typical times, not promises. Busy weeks and the weather can make it longer.
You'll get an email when it ships, with a tracking link. It goes to the email you used at checkout.

If something's wrong

Because every order is printed just for you, we can't take returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Please check the size guide below before you order.

If anything arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, or never arrives, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Your pick. Just email hello@pourlydrawn.com within 30 days of delivery (for an order that never arrives, within 30 days of the day it was expected). Please include:

the email you used at checkout
the drink and the item (for example, "Negroni hoodie, size M")
a photo of the problem

Size guide

All measurements are in inches. Printful gets them from the makers, and a finished piece can be up to 2 in (5 cm) different. In between sizes? Pick the bigger one for a roomier fit.

"Fits your chest" is the size of your body, measured around the fullest part of your chest. "Chest width" is the shirt itself, laid flat and measured straight across. Body length runs from the top of the collar down to the hem.
