Daiquiri

You’ll need

• 2 oz (59 ml) white rum
• 1 oz (30 ml) lime juice
• ¾ oz (22 ml) simple syrup
• Ice
• Lime wheel, to garnish

Served in a Riedel sour coupe.

How to make it

1. Grab a cocktail shaker and a Riedel sour coupe.
2. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice (about 5 cubes).
3. Pour 2 oz of white rum into the cocktail shaker.
4. Pour 1 oz of lime juice into the cocktail shaker.
5. Pour ¾ oz of simple syrup into the cocktail shaker.
6. Seal and shake hard for about 12 seconds.
7. Strain into the Riedel sour coupe.
8. Garnish with a lime wheel.
