Pisco Sour

You’ll need

• 2 oz (59 ml) pisco
• 1 oz (30 ml) lemon juice
• ¾ oz (22 ml) simple syrup
• 1 oz (30 ml) egg white
• 1 dash angostura bitters
• Ice

Served in a Riedel sour coupe.

How to make it

1. Grab a cocktail shaker and a Riedel sour coupe.
2. Pour 2 oz of pisco into the cocktail shaker.
3. Pour 1 oz of lemon juice into the cocktail shaker.
4. Pour ¾ oz of simple syrup into the cocktail shaker.
5. Pour 1 oz of egg white into the cocktail shaker.
6. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice (about 5 cubes).
7. Seal and shake hard for about 15 seconds to build the foam.
8. Strain into the Riedel sour coupe.
9. Add 1 dash of angostura bitters into the glass.
