You’ll need

• ¾ oz (22 ml) bourbon
• ¾ oz (22 ml) aperol
• ¾ oz (22 ml) amaro nonino
• ¾ oz (22 ml) lemon juice
• Ice

Served in a Riedel sour coupe.

How to make it

1. Grab a cocktail shaker and a Riedel sour coupe.
2. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice (about 5 cubes).
3. Pour ¾ oz of bourbon into the cocktail shaker.
4. Pour ¾ oz of aperol into the cocktail shaker.
5. Pour ¾ oz of amaro nonino into the cocktail shaker.
6. Pour ¾ oz of lemon juice into the cocktail shaker.
7. Seal and shake hard for about 12 seconds.
8. Strain into the Riedel sour coupe.
