Paloma

You’ll need

• Coarse salt, for the rim
• 1¾ oz (52 ml) blanco tequila
• ½ oz (15 ml) lime juice
• 3½ oz (103 ml) pink grapefruit soda
• Ice
• Grapefruit wedge, to garnish

Served in a Schott Zwiesel highball.

How to make it

1. Grab a Schott Zwiesel highball.
2. Salt the rim of the Schott Zwiesel highball.
3. Fill the glass with ice (about 6 cubes).
4. Pour 1¾ oz of blanco tequila into the glass.
5. Pour ½ oz of lime juice into the glass.
6. Pour 3½ oz of pink grapefruit soda into the glass.
7. Stir for about 15 seconds.
8. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
