Hugo Spritz

You’ll need

• 6 fresh mint leaves
• 1 oz (30 ml) elderflower liqueur
• 4 oz (118 ml) prosecco
• 1 oz (30 ml) soda water
• Ice
• Lime wheel, to garnish

Served in a Spiegelau Style wine glass.

How to make it

1. Grab a Spiegelau Style wine glass.
2. Drop 6 mint leaves into the glass.
3. Fill the glass with ice (about 5 cubes).
4. Pour 1 oz of elderflower liqueur into the glass.
5. Pour 4 oz of prosecco into the glass.
6. Pour 1 oz of soda water into the glass.
7. Stir for about 15 seconds.
8. Garnish with a lime wheel.
