Hot Toddy

You’ll need

• ½ oz (15 ml) honey syrup
• ½ oz (15 ml) lemon juice
• 1½ oz (44 ml) scotch whisky
• 4 oz (118 ml) hot water
• Lemon wheel, to garnish
• Cinnamon stick, to garnish

Served in a heatproof glass mug.

How to make it

1. Grab a heatproof glass mug.
2. Pour ½ oz of honey syrup into the glass.
3. Pour ½ oz of lemon juice into the glass.
4. Pour 1½ oz of scotch whisky into the glass.
5. Pour 4 oz of hot water into the glass.
6. Stir for about 15 seconds.
7. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
8. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
