Hemingway Daiquiri

You’ll need

• 2 oz (59 ml) white rum
• 1¼ oz (37 ml) grapefruit juice
• ½ oz (15 ml) lime juice
• ¼ oz (7 ml) maraschino liqueur
• Ice
• Lime wheel, to garnish

Served in a Riedel sour coupe.

How to make it

1. Grab a cocktail shaker and a Riedel sour coupe.
2. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice (about 5 cubes).
3. Pour 2 oz of white rum into the cocktail shaker.
4. Pour 1¼ oz of grapefruit juice into the cocktail shaker.
5. Pour ½ oz of lime juice into the cocktail shaker.
6. Pour ¼ oz of maraschino liqueur into the cocktail shaker.
7. Seal and shake hard for about 12 seconds.
8. Strain into the Riedel sour coupe.
9. Garnish with a lime wheel.
