Frosé

You’ll need

• 4 oz (118 ml) rosé wine
• 1½ oz (44 ml) strawberry purée
• ½ oz (15 ml) lemon juice
• ½ oz (15 ml) simple syrup
• Ice
• Strawberry, to garnish

Served in a Spiegelau Style wine glass.

How to make it

1. Grab a blender and a Spiegelau Style wine glass.
2. Pour 4 oz of rosé wine into the blender.
3. Pour 1½ oz of strawberry purée into the blender.
4. Pour ½ oz of lemon juice into the blender.
5. Pour ½ oz of simple syrup into the blender.
6. Add the blender with ice (about 7 cubes).
7. Blend until smooth and slushy, with no ice chunks left.
8. Pour into the Spiegelau Style wine glass.
9. Garnish with a strawberry.
