You’ll need

• 1 oz (30 ml) gin
• ½ oz (15 ml) lemon juice
• ½ oz (15 ml) simple syrup
• 2 oz (59 ml) champagne
• Ice
• Lemon twist, to garnish

Served in a Zwiesel Pure flute.

How to make it

1. Grab a cocktail shaker and a Zwiesel Pure flute.
2. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice (about 5 cubes).
3. Pour 1 oz of gin into the cocktail shaker.
4. Pour ½ oz of lemon juice into the cocktail shaker.
5. Pour ½ oz of simple syrup into the cocktail shaker.
6. Seal and shake hard for about 12 seconds.
7. Strain into the Zwiesel Pure flute.
8. Pour 2 oz of champagne into the glass.
9. Garnish with a lemon twist.
