Dark 'n' Stormy

You’ll need

• 3½ oz (103 ml) ginger beer
• 2 oz (59 ml) dark rum
• Ice
• Lime wedge, to garnish

Served in a Schott Zwiesel highball.

How to make it

1. Grab a Schott Zwiesel highball.
2. Fill the glass with ice (about 6 cubes).
3. Pour 3½ oz of ginger beer into the glass.
4. Float 2 oz of dark rum on top, pouring slowly over the back of a bar spoon so it stays in its own layer.
5. Garnish with a lime wedge.
