Aperol Spritz

You’ll need

• 3 oz (89 ml) prosecco
• 2 oz (59 ml) aperol
• 1 oz (30 ml) soda water
• Ice
• Orange slice, to garnish

Served in a Spiegelau Style wine glass.

How to make it

1. Grab a Spiegelau Style wine glass.
2. Fill the glass with ice (about 5 cubes).
3. Pour 3 oz of prosecco into the glass.
4. Pour 2 oz of aperol into the glass.
5. Pour 1 oz of soda water into the glass.
6. Garnish with an orange slice.
