Espresso Tonic

You’ll need

• 4 oz (118 ml) tonic water
• 2 oz (59 ml) espresso
• Ice
• Orange slice, to garnish

Served in a Schott Zwiesel highball.

How to make it

1. Grab a Schott Zwiesel highball.
2. Fill the glass with ice (about 6 cubes).
3. Pour 4 oz of tonic water into the glass.
4. Float 2 oz of espresso on top, pouring slowly over the back of a bar spoon so it stays in its own layer.
5. Garnish with an orange slice.
