You’ll need

• 2 oz (59 ml) espresso
• 2 oz (59 ml) steamed milk

Served in a Gibraltar glass.

How to make it

1. Grab a Gibraltar glass.
2. Pour 2 oz of espresso into the glass.
3. Pour 2 oz of steamed milk into the glass.
4. Froth the top of the milk with a handheld frother for about 5 seconds, into about ¼ oz of foam.
