Thai Iced Tea
Sweet orange Thai tea · ice · half-and-half float
You’ll need
- 5 oz (148 ml) thai tea
- 1½ oz (44 ml) half-and-half
- Ice
Served in a Schott Zwiesel highball.
How to make it
- Grab a Schott Zwiesel highball.
- Fill the glass with ice (about 6 cubes).
- Pour 5 oz of thai tea into the glass.
- Float 1½ oz of half-and-half on top, pouring slowly over the back of a bar spoon so it stays in its own layer.
