Moroccan Mint Tea

You’ll need

  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) white sugar
  • 3 oz (89 ml) sweet gunpowder green tea
  • Mint sprig, to garnish

Served in a Moroccan tea glass.

How to make it

  1. Grab a Moroccan tea glass.
  2. Drop 6 mint leaves into the glass.
  3. Pour 2 tsp of white sugar into the glass.
  4. Pour 3 oz of sweet gunpowder green tea into the glass.
  5. Pour the tea into the glass from as high up as you can, to wake it up and build a foam crown.
  6. Garnish with a mint sprig.
